Why You May Have Been Contacted

We conduct legitimate surveys — never sales.

MAXimum Research calls, texts, or emails people to invite them to participate in opinion research. We do not sell products or services during these contacts. If you received a message from us, it was to request your feedback for a survey on behalf of a client or public‑interest project. Participation is always voluntary.

Tip: If you prefer not to receive future invitations from us, you can add your number or email to our internal Do‑Not‑Contact list (see Opt‑Out below).
Verification

Phone Numbers & Domains We Use

To help you verify that a call, text, or email came from MAXimum Research, we publish the complete list of numbers and explain the web domains we use for survey invitations.

We often use Local Calling Presence — meaning we may use a caller ID number that matches your region or area code. This increases answer rates and ensures respondents aren’t disadvantaged simply because they live far away from where a study is headquartered. This is commonly used in legitimate survey research.

If you call any of our listed numbers back, your call will be answered by a live representative or routed to our automated verification system. Calls will not ring endlessly without an answer.

  • All possible caller IDs: See our official list here: maximumresearch.com/phonenumbers.
  • Survey web domains: We may send links using our managed domains such as surveyinvites.com, maximum-surveys.com, maximum-polls.com, surveys-and-polls.com, and sv10.maxresinc.com in addition to our primary maximumresearch.com. These are legitimate and operated for survey invitations and respondent convenience.
Tip: Legitimate links will use HTTPS and the domains listed above. If you are unsure about any message, contact us at (888) 212‑7200 before clicking.
Note: Market research outreach is exempt from many National Do Not Call and certain TCPA restrictions. However, MAXimum Research still follows applicable laws, honors opt‑out requests, and maintains internal suppression lists to respect contact preferences.

How We Got Your Number or Email

We invite people to surveys using contact details that were provided for legitimate research purposes. Your information may have come from:

  • A client-provided list: Our client shared your contact as part of a research project (e.g., customer/member feedback).
  • Past participation: You previously took a survey with us or our client and agreed to be re-contacted for related research.
  • Publicly available sources: Business directories or official records where your information is published for contact.
  • State registered voter lists: Many voter opinion studies are conducted using voter rolls obtained directly from state election authorities that make them available for research / public interest polling under state law.
  • Licensed list vendors: Reputable vendors who certify lawful collection and use for research (never “purchased leads”).
  • Random-Digit Dialing (RDD): For some phone studies, numbers are generated at random to reach a representative sample (no personal info attached unless you provide it during the interview).

What we don’t do:

  • We don’t sell products, and we don’t use contact info for sales.
  • We don’t buy “marketing leads,” scrape personal data, or use data brokers that can’t verify consent and lawful purpose.

Your choices:

  • Participation is always voluntary.
  • You can opt-out of future invitations at any time—see Numbers & Domains and Opt-Out below for instructions.
